- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by QuantumVPN Ltd. ("QuantumVPN," "we," "us," or "our"), including our Virtual Private Network (VPN) service, software, and website (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

- Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use our Services. We reserve the right to refuse access to our Services or terminate your account at our discretion.
- Account Registration
To access and use certain features of our Services, you must create an account with QuantumVPN. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, QuantumVPN grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
- Restrictions
You agree not to use our Services to:
a. Engage in any activity that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
b. Transmit or distribute any material that contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious code.
c. Engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, or otherwise negatively affects the performance of our Services or the networks connected to our Services.
d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, or circumvent the security measures of, our Services, systems, or networks.
e. Use our Services for any illegal purposes, including, but not limited to, fraud, hacking, or distribution of copyrighted material.
f. Use our Services for any commercial purposes or to benefit any third party without our prior written consent.
- Payment and Subscription
To access our VPN service, you must purchase a subscription plan. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees in accordance with your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with your subscription.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at legal@quantumvpn.com. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests should be sent to legal@quantumvpn.com. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
- Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our Services or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our Services.
- Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services, without prior notice or liability, if we believe that you have violated these Terms, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services or contact us at legal@quantumvpn.com.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QuantumVPN disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty that our Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuantumVPN, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our Services; (iii) any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data; and (iv) any other matter relating to our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantumVPN, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including, but not limited to, attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services.
- Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our Services after any changes are made to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
